Ive never Sold a home before this, but I have bought a home through another realtor and Ive dealt with a realtor while selling this home trying to buy in the state we have moved to (who I have fired and found a new realtor who is turning out to be great as well). I can say without hesitation that JOY is by far the MOST efficient and caring Realtor we have EVER met. Without her I highly doubt our home would have sold so smoothly given all the ‘bumps in the road’ we encountered from left over unprofessional lack of follow thru from our previous realtor we bought from. She IS the one to go to to sell your home or to find your new home. She earned not only her pay but she earned the pay of the buyers realtor as well!! This is someone you can count on 100%.
